8-Weeks of inspirational unlimited MSHF Training
Be inspired with the best group, quad or 1-on-1 personal training in Melbourne over your 8-week journey. The style of training you wish to undertake is up to you. Whether it is running along the beautiful beach foreshores of Hampton & Sandringham or with the inspiring atmosphere of the MSHF Training studio your training will be motivating and heaps of fun! Teams of 2 for extra motivation from your partner
Team up with a training buddy over the 8-weeks, motivate each other and achieve some amazing results. The MSHF trainers will inspire you though the extra motivation and accountability from a challenge partner is priceless. You do not need to train together all the time during the 8-weeks.
Personal trainer support for you and your partner
Your team will be allocated a personal trainer to oversee your 8-week journey and provide you with extra support. They will be available for any questions or guidance you may require. An additional competition is created within the challenge as each trainer strives to achieve the greatest results for their team.
Additional team challenges and training sessions
With the extra support and guidance from your personal trainer you will have the opportunity be undertake additional training sessions on top of the MSHF timetable. During the 8-weeks the Trainer Team Challenge takes place which is an afternoon full of exercise, family fun and socialising.
Food planner, detox program & healthy recipes
We understand the importance of clean healthy nutrition to compliment any training program. Therefore, as part of the challenge a great emphasis is placed on healthy eating and long-term habit changes. You will receive a food planner, detox program and healthy meal ideas.
Educational workshops with naturopaths, nutritionists & exercise physiologists
Finally learn the truth behind how you can look good and feel great while eating all the foods you enjoy; acquire tricks that exercise physiologists hold to achieve the results you want faster and without spending hours at the gym each week; and much more at our educational workshops with special guests.
State of the art Bio-Impedance body composition testing
To measure your results you will use state of the art bio-impedance testing. The challenge is based on the healthy alternative of body-fat loss compared to weight-loss which can promote unhealthy eating and training habits. Your testing will take place during week 1, week 4 and week 8.
Celebration evening at the end of the program
Their is no point undertaking a new exercise and eating routine if you can’t reward yourself and celebrate the results you have achieved. The celebration evening is always raved about by all challenge participants.

The cost of the 8-Week Challenge is only the regular MSHF Training fees plus a registration fee that covers the additional bio-impedance tests and workshops. The training options are:
