Meet Our Trainers

Marc-Stafford_staff

Marc Stafford
Exercise Physiologist & Family Fitness Expert.

Marc has a widespread history in the health & fitness industry both in Australia and internationally. His education in exercise science, sports nutrition, adventure trekking and guiding, remedial massage and strength and conditioning coaching has given him a wealth of knowledge to share with the MSHF Training group.

After his extensive experience and the birth of his three daughters Marc’s passion for family health & fitness was born. We all know what it is like trying to juggle a young family and then find time to exercise yourself. Then when you do get the time, knowing what exercise is the correct and most affective.

Marc is an expert for the 30-50 year old age group and believes this is the most critical time for healthy living in most of our lives. “It is either ‘sink or swim’. Husbands and wives will either continue a healthy lifestyle or be overcome by the pressures of young children and work. Unfortunately if it is the latter, most leave themselves susceptible to or contract life threatening disease through these two decades” Marc says.

Marc has written many articles, hosted seminars and positioned himself as an expert on topics such as pre and post pregnancy fitness; restoring fitness and health after kids; nutrition for busy families; and the work, family & well-being balance.
