Every quarter MSHF Training has a week dedicated to nutrition education. On top of the frequent nutrition information distributed to our members, Nutrition Week incorporates fun practical workshops and events. Whether it be a healthy cooking class, supermarket tour or learning how to create your own vegie patch this week is always exciting and social.
Quarterly Nutrition Focus
Each quarter of the year MSHF Training has a different nutrition focus that compliments current training. An educational booklet is distributed to all MSHF members and the trainers share some of their favourite recipes. Previous quarterly focus and educational booklets include:
