Group Personal Training

Imagine training at some of the most picturesque locations in Melbourne along Hampton or Sandringham beach foreshore and the new MSHF Training studio. In the morning you watch the sunrise over the water and in the evening you watch it set.

No screaming bootcamp, no boring gym. Just fun training sessions with motivated trainers and fellow participants that will deliver you the results you want!

The family friendly ‘open’ timetable gives you the flexibility of not being committed to certain days each week. Busy at work or caught up with the kids, not a problem. A later session or the following day is available.

Outdoor Group Training Sessions

You can’t beat training along Hampton & Sandringham beach watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Outdoor group training sessions are never the same and have a great amount of variety making them heaps of fun.

What you can expect: fundamental training including body weight & weighted strength exercises, boxing running (not essential), core & pelvic strengthening, and both interval and endurance exercises. A perfect all round workout for you.

Beach Boxing Sessions

Want to dramatically improve your fitness, tone-up and feel energised? Then you can’t beat boxing! Not just your typical gym boxercise session, Beach Boxing incorporates correct technique, fun combinations and challenging routines along beautiful Hampton beach foreshore. This session will assist you improve your fitness dramatically and let off a bit of bottled up anger!

What you can expect: fun combinations and proper technique training, body weight strength exercises, skipping, running, interval training, sand and core & pelvic strengthening. A good outdoor session if you can’t run.

Studio Mystery Sessions

I bet you are wondering ‘what is a mystery session?’. Well we are not into the same workout each week, if you want solid long-term results you need to keep challenging yourself and change your routine. All we can tell you is one week you may do a combination of spin and boxing, the next all body and core strengthening. We can guarantee you a great workout full of fun though!

What you can expect: We can’t tell you! This session is however a good option if you are unable to run.

Body Recovery Sessions

We understand the importance of you looking after your body. You train hard at other sessions, so you need to put back into your body. Body Recovery sessions are the perfect opportunity for you to improve your flexibility, mobility, core & pelvic strength, improve posture and prevent or overcome niggling injury issues. Our members rave about this one!

What you can expect: flexibility and mobility training with exercise based stretches, yoga movements and therabands; Body work with foam rollers; core & pelvic strengthening with  pilates postures; and relaxation.

Running Group Sessions

It is amazing how much quicker time goes, how much further you can run and how much more you challenge yourself when running with others!

Our running sessions cater for all fitness levels. At each session two trainers are present which means if you are an advanced runner you are challenged and if you are a beginner runner you are supported. We also regularly train for numerous runs so whether you want to complete your first fun run or challenge yourself to complete a marathon we will be with you every step of the way.

What you can expect? support with your running whether you are advanced or a beginner, continuous runs for endurance, fartlek runs for speed, running technique advice, preparation for fun runs and other motivating running buddies.

# Our running session styles alternate each week. Currently sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays therefore this means if Tuesday is an endurance run, then Thursday will be an interval or fartlek run. The following week Tuesday will be an interval or fartlek run and Thursday will be an endurance run.

Lean & Mean Studio Sessions

We understand the importance of lean muscle mass development. Since the start of this session our current members rave about how they feel great, look lean and find weight management easier. Don’t worry this is not just a boys session, the girls frequently out number the guys! If you have completed a weights routine at the gym before, wait till you attend this session and discover how real way to strength train.

What can I expect? Weighted and body weight strength training, core & pelvic strengthening, boxing…and that burning feeling!
