MSHF Memberships & Packages
How do I choose the best membership?
We understand the demands of family and work life, sometimes you need the flexibility when life gets busy. Therefore, we give you two flexible options.
With our Freedom memberships you don’t need to commit to ‘lock-in’ periods like a gym. If you are sick, away on holidays or have to travel with work, let us know and you don’t need to keep paying. Similarly if you need to cease your training, all we require is a short period of notice.
On the other hand, we have members that have trained with us for years, so we like to reward them. Bi-annually we open our 12-month ‘Life Changer’ membership to current members which gives them the added bonus of nutrition and trainer consultations, as well as a further discount to their training fees. Please note that you need to have trained with MSHF Training for 10-weeks to be eligible for this option.

MSHF Training Programs
Unlimited Group Personal Training
Unlimited group personal training sessions:
Freedom: $55 per week
12-month Life Changer: $49.50 per week

2 Quad PT sessions plus free access to the group personal training timetable
Freedom: $77 per week

1. Free nutrition and programming consultations;
Take advantage of individual nutrition consultations with MSHF nutritionist Stephanie Wearne and individual programming consultations with MSHF senior trainers. The best way to stay on track and be accountable for your eating habits and program your training for long-term results. Maybe you are training for a fun run or want to lose a certain amount of weight before a given date, you can use the consultations whenever suits you best.
12-month Life Changer memberships – 3 individual nutrition & 3 individual programming consultations – valued at $528!
2. Access to the MSHF Training studio during off peak times
3. Fortnightly nutrition tips and recipe ideas;
4. Quarterly Bio-Impedance body composition assessment & fitness testing session to track your results - valued at $88 each quarter!;
5. Members only discounts to SRTT adventure treks and events.
2012 Training Periods
Monday January 9th – Saturday June 30th (25 weeks)
Mid year break – 1 week
Monday July 9th – Saturday December 22nd (24weeks)
What if I want to join during the training periods?
You can join training at any time during the year. If for example you join half way between a training period you just start your training on this date.
10 Session Passes
10 session passes are a good option if you want to add just one MSHF Training session into your weekly routine; if you have an unpredictable week with young children; or if you travel often and want to train when you are in town. 10 session passes are available for the following sessions:
Group Personal Training Sessions – $220
Quad Personal Training Sessions – $385
1-on-1 Personal Training – $770
Family & Couples Training Packages
Family memberships are a great way to get the family involved in a new healthy exercise routine. A 15% discount is offered to any of the above training memberships when two members from the same family participate together in MSHF Training.
