Don’t be bored and unmotivated at the gym anymore! Quad Personal Training is perfect if you are serious about finally achieving the results you have wanted and maintaining them long term.

Imagine having your own personal trainer waiting to motivate you and a small group of up to 3 others every time you came into the studio for a workout! Training with such a group is fun, social and also extremely motivating. Both your trainer and training buddies will inspire you to challenge yourself, ensuring you leave each session feeling energised and satisfied.

Your group is small enough to give you the support and attention of traditional personal training mixed with the social fun created with three other training buddies.

Quad Personal Training has very quickly become our most popular style of training!

What if I don’t have three other people to train with?
That is absolutely fine. If you have three other friends, fantastic, however in most instances we match you with other members that have similar fitness levels, training goals and available time to train.

Available times for Quad Personal Training
Monday & Wednesday:   6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11am
                                                5:30, 6:30 & 7:30pm
Friday :                                  6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11am
Saturday:                              7, 8 & 9am

# Please note these sessions operate for 75-minutes. For example, at 7am the first 15-minutes is a set warm-up to complete until 7:15am followed by an hour of training until 8:15am.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Attention and support is exactly what you get with traditional personal training. Whether you are training for an event, rekindling some previous fitness or just want the extra support while starting a new exercise routine, personal training is perfect.

Our highly qualified trainers and exercise physiologists, most with university qualifications, and can assist you regain that feeling of being lean, strong and inspired. With their extensive training we also have sessions that particularly focus on:

·         Post pregnancy (and kids now at school);
·         Fun runs and endurance events;
·         Boxing technique and fitness; and
·         Functional core and body conditioning.

1-on-1 personal training sessions are by appointment and can either be 30 or 60-minute sessions.
