How Do I Get Started

More than just training?

That’s right, your experience at MSHF Training will not just be training. To get the most out of your weekly routine and attain results faster and long-term we incorporate regular nutrition education with MSHF nutritionist Stephanie Wearne, educational workshops, retreats, motivating training events, inspirational treks, social family days and the much anticipated Christmas party!

Health & fitness is not a 10-week program, it’s a lifestyle!


How do I get started?

We want you to experience the variety of our training sessions, meet our motivating members and passionate trainers first before making a decision. Therefore, we offer a free week of training to do so.

Step 1: Initial 1-hour consultation and personal training session.
We will discuss your training goals, exercise history and injury concerns. Afterwards you will be taken through some of our core exercises that you will encounter during our sessions to ensure you feel confident when attending.

This session is charged at $66 however if you continue training with us after your free week it will be credited back towards your training.

Step 2: Trial a free week of training
Come have some fun and join in a free week of Group Training or Quad Personal Training! 1-on-1 personal training is an initial first session.

Step 3: Body composition and nutrition consultation
If you decide to continue training with us after your free week you will have a following consultation with our nutritionist Stephanie Wearne. During this consultation you will complete a BIA body composition test followed by diet and nutrition planning. We understand the importance of your food intake and training for achieving the results you want.

Have an injury?

Don’t let an injury hold you back. Our Injury & Rehabilitation Manager, Jack Geddes, can guide you through a routine that will assist you overcome an injury or be able to work around it. If you are under the care of a practitioner we can liase with them to ensure you get the most from your training.
